Hello, my name is Steve Perri. I am a 48 year-old Senior, and I am majoring in Interdisciplinary Social Science. This past Spring Semester, I completed Budgets and Finances and Aging Policies and Services. I highly recommend both classes. The Budgets and Finances course was a challenge, but most things worth while are. This semester, along with “Map Analysis” I will be taking “River Basin Management and Planning.”
I was born in Indiana, and lived several years in New York State and Florida. I am married with three children, two boys and one girl. My daughter has just finished her freshman year at The University of Florida. I tried to talk her into FSU, but she does not want to attend the same school, at the same time as her father (she says “it would be weird”). I am a 7-year veteran of the Army National Guard; I served in Florida and New York. I live in Orlando and work full-time as a state licensed General Contractor doing civil work (road construction and underground utilities) in Orlando, and surrounding counties. I am so grateful for the internet, FSU and most of all my wife and children, because without their support, I would not be able to continue my education.
